What We Look For
- A genuine passion for working with children and young people
- Enthusiasm for the outdoors, farming, and nature
- Reliability, warmth, and a positive attitude
- Relevant experience in education, youth work, farming, or outdoor learning (desirable but not essential)
- A willingness to get stuck in and work as part of a team
Volunteering
