About

In 2021 Tablehurst Young Farmers incorporated as a not-for-profit Community Interest Company now called Raising Young Farmers.  We offer  nourishing, wholesome and fun weekly clubs for children aged 0 - 16. We are a team of experienced people with a passion for taking children outdoors, to experience nature, learn more about animals and get muddy at Tablehurst Farm. We deliver a farm based curriculum each week and care for the farm animals, grow vegetables, harvest, weed, stack wood, build structures, help with seasonal events and much more! We can also support schools with farm experiences and if you have a budding young farmer who'd love a birthday party on the farm we can cater for that too.

Our Mission is to connect children with regenerative farming practices to ensure that future generations are able to sustain themselves and heal our planet.

Becoming a CIC will enable us to reach out to wider communities and hopefully take our message further.  We’re passionate about regenerative farming, taking care of our soil and working respectfully with our animals. With soil experts predicting only 40 harvests left, it feels more important than ever to connect children with the land and how farming can be different.
